No. RE//FORGE SF is a decentralized innovation week. Instead of one venue with a fixed agenda, it's a network of independently-hosted events happening across San Francisco during the same three days. Think SF Tech Week, but for AI × Real Estate.
No. Hosting is free. You're responsible for your own venue and event logistics, but there's no fee to be part of RE//FORGE SF.
Yes. You control the format — panel, workshop, demo, tour, mixer, dinner, whatever makes sense for your audience and goals.
You do. You control the format, guest list, messaging, and outcomes. RE//FORGE provides the platform and network, but you own the event and everything that comes from it — leads, content, relationships, etc.
No. If you don't have a space, we can help connect you with venue partners and coworking spaces in SF.
Yes. You control the guest list. Public, invite-only, RSVP-required, paid tickets — whatever fits your goals.
Carefully and selectively. We're currently focused on onboarding hosts and ecosystem partners. Sponsorships exist but are limited and curated — not aggressively sold. The week is host-driven, not sponsor-driven.
After host onboarding. The calendar builds as hosts apply and get approved. We're not locking in a rigid schedule upfront — the week evolves based on what hosts propose.
That's fine. Tracks are flexible starting points for navigation, not rigid categories. We'll work with you to find the right alignment or create a new track if needed.
Yes. If you have multiple strong event ideas, you're welcome to host several throughout the week.
Year One (2026) is about establishing the model. We're aiming for 50-100 quality events across the three days. The multi-year vision is to make RE//FORGE the flagship platform for AI × Real Estate innovation globally, with SF as the anchor.
RE//FORGE SF is organized by operators, founders, and community leaders who saw a gap in the ecosystem and decided to build the platform. We're not a conference company — we're builders who believe the built world deserves its own innovation week.
