What It Means to Be a Host

Hosting an event during RE//FORGE SF means you run the event, your way — and we help amplify it through our shared calendar, network, and platform.

You control the format — panel, workshop, demo, tour, mixer, whatever fits
You control the guest list — public, private, invite-only, your call
You control the message — your brand, your narrative, your positioning
You secure your venue — or we help connect you with options
No mandatory ticketing — free, RSVP, paid, whatever works for you
You own the outcomes — leads, connections, content, it's all yours

What Hosts Provide

Hosting isn't zero-effort, but it's flexible and lightweight.

An Event Concept

You know what you want to host — we help you align it with a track and refine the pitch if needed.

A Venue (or We Help)

If you have a space, great. If not, we can connect you with partner venues and coworking spaces.

Basic Logistics

You handle registration (Eventbrite, Luma, email, whatever) and run the event. RE//FORGE doesn't centrally produce events.

What RE//FORGE Provides

We provide the infrastructure, network, and platform to amplify your event.

Shared Calendar Placement

Your event appears on the official RE//FORGE calendar, discoverable by everyone following the week.

Branding & Assets

Access to RE//FORGE logos, badges, and templates to signal your event is part of the official week.

Cross-Promotion

We promote your event through our channels and partner networks (email, social, community).

Ecosystem Access

Connect with other hosts, track partners, and attendees — building relationships beyond your single event.

Light Curation & Support

We help refine your pitch, suggest collaborators, and connect you with relevant partners if helpful.

Credibility & Context

Being part of RE//FORGE signals quality, alignment, and ecosystem commitment.

Who Should Host?

If you're building, operating, or investing in the built world — and you have something valuable to share — you should host.

Lenders & Investors

Meetups & Communities

Bring your existing community into the week with a special edition event.

Key Things to Know

Do I need to pay to host?

No. Hosting is free. You handle your own venue and logistics, but there's no fee to be part of RE//FORGE.

Do I need a venue already?

Not required. If you don't have a space, we can help connect you with partner venues.

Can I keep my event private or invite-only?

Yes. You control the guest list. Public, private, RSVP, paid — all fine.

Who owns the event and the outcomes?

You do. Leads, content, relationships — it's your event, your brand, your outcomes.

What if my event doesn't fit neatly into a track?

That's fine. Tracks are flexible starting points. We'll work with you to find the right alignment.

Can I host more than one event?

Yes. If you have multiple high-quality events, you're welcome to host several.
